Community wellbeing weekend

Please note that there are no refunds on this type of booking. Please ensure you have the correct holiday insurance to cover you should any issues arise.

This well-being weekend is an invitation for familiar students of mine to come along and spend some time together in nature. This is a calm and casual weekend together with a light schedule and options for trip to local beauty spots. Shared accommodation 3 nights, breakfast and dinner Saturday eve is provided along with the following should you desire to take part.

Everyone will be asked to share, no availability for single rooms on this occasion. This is a community wellbeing weekend with the intention for togetherness and wellbeing. Please note that although in the past I have run repeat intensives. This community weekend is a casual and community style budget experience where we all pitch in to help with food and organisation of each other and the space. At the end of the weekend you will be asked to strip your beds and offer a light tidy round.

  • Ty twt 2 people

  • The Granary 6 people

All participants will be asked to bring part of the group meals to share and help with cooking and organising:

6-8 people: Vegan/vegetarian requests.

Group 1 : bring 1 lunch for Sat

Group 2: bring 1 dinner for fri eve

Group 3: bring snacks for sat/sun

Group 4: bring dinner for Sun eve

Weekend activities

Light flexible schedule: -Anyone attending who would like to share a skill or offering please do let me know, you would be most welcome.

Friday:

Arrive 3pm and settle in, gentle yoga with props breath work and meditation, early dinner and chill time

Saturday:

Gentle yoga with props breath work and meditation, brekkie, trip to Devils bridge waterfalls, lunch, sound bath, dinner, -🔥 Evening fire with music looking over the mountains

Sunday:

Gentle yoga with props (live class will also be running at the same time), brekkie, hike to lake 90 mins, free time, dinner, bedtime yoga nidra with crystal bowls

Monday:

Gentle yoga with props, breath work and meditation, brekkie, free time, depart 1pm
