Inside Flow and Restorative Yoga and Holiday intention
As everyone arrives, we take time to settle in, get comfortable, and begin connecting with those around us. The journey starts here. Day 1 and 7 are travel days. On day one if everyone arrives during the day we may be able to organise a welcome yoga session before our evening meal. Day 2-6 we will enjoy daily morning and afternoon yoga sessions together. If during the trip the group arranges a trip then we can plan alternate yoga timings etc.
The morning sessions will be Inside Flow: a level 2 Vinyasa on beat practice inspired by music, meaning and dance. Those who have limiting conditions are invited to focus on attending the evening Restorative/yin classes only. The Inside Flow style of yoga will require a L2 yoga experience and mobility. The afternoon yoga sessions will be therapeutic yIn and restorative based with plenty of options and floor based relaxation yoga poses. I would encourage you to bring along your own good quality yoga mat.
About the nature of this holiday
This Turkey yoga holiday is not a therapeutic retreat. It is a shared holiday experience centred around yoga, relaxation, exploration, and friendly connection. During the week we practice mutual care and respect, looking out for one another, being mindful around alcohol consumption, and contributing to a calm, supportive group atmosphere. The week is intentionally designed to offer fun, friendship, rest, and relaxation, rather than deep emotional or psychological processing.
While many people know me primarily as a trauma-informed coach and trainer, during this holiday my professional role is focused solely on teaching yoga, meditation, and relaxation practices. This week is not designed to provide therapeutic support or to hold individuals in periods of deep emotional distress, and may not be suitable for those currently needing ongoing emotional or psychological care.

FOOD & MEALS
Turkish vegetarian cuisine
Daily breakfast included
Dinner on 4 allocated evenings
There are plenty of local restaurants to enjoy also.
Traditional Turkish cuisine is rooted in fresh, seasonal, home-style cooking, where meals are prepared daily using shared kitchens, shared oils, and shared preparation surfaces. Gluten-containing ingredients such as bread, bulgur, wheat flour and pastries are central to most meals, and cross-contamination is considered normal rather than a risk.
Similarly, while many dishes are naturally vegetarian, veganism as a strict dietary framework is not widely recognised within traditional Turkish food culture. Dairy, yoghurt, eggs and butter are commonly used. As a result, specialist dietary requirements such as coeliac-safe gluten-free cooking or strict vegan protocols are not something most local kitchens are set up to provide.

“Ro gives so much of herself to these retreats. Her experience is obvious in every detail , from how she teaches, to how she holds the group, to the way she adapts to each person. I felt completely supported the whole week.”
Karen, Essex
-
“You can feel how deeply experienced Ro is. Her passion for yoga and wellbeing isn’t performative, it’s lived. I learned more in a few days with her than I have in years of classes at home.”
Louise, Wales
-
“Ro’s care goes far beyond the mat. She notices everyone, offers exactly what’s needed, and brings a level of presence and generosity that’s rare. It’s very clear she does this because she truly loves it.”
Devi, Bristol
