- All yoga classes are 60 minutes long
- All classes are led by a Senior Yoga Alliance Professionals Teacher Trainer.
- All equipment is provided is fresh, clean and professional including: Mats, blocks, bricks, bolsters, eye pillows and blankets. Feel free to bring along anything else you would like.
-All classes are a perfect blend of traditional classical yoga, meditation, breathing practice, restorative yoga and guided relaxation. EVERYBODY is welcome, no experience necessary. You are with a senior teacher who WILL look after you.
- All classes must be pre booked and pre paid with a strict 72 hour cancellation policy, pre booked drop in students are most welcome.
You are required to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class start time (you are welcome to arrive up to 15 minutes prior to class start time to enjoy refreshments and friendship, herbal tea will be served before and after class.
Due to the location of the space please be aware that from the main gate it is another 3 minute drive so no dash and run into class please.
