    The Relief Room™ was specifically created for those moments when life feels challenging, overwhelming or emotionally heavy, but not necessarily because you're experiencing a major crisis.

    Many clients book because they're struggling with a difficult conversation, workplace stress, a relationship issue, decision fatigue, feelings of overwhelm, ongoing worry, or simply because something is taking up more mental and emotional energy than they'd like.

    You don't need a dramatic reason to seek support. Sometimes having a professional space to talk things through before they become bigger problems can make all the difference.

  • No.

    The Relief Room™ is a professionally held wellbeing support session designed to offer space, perspective, reflection and emotional support.

    It is not counselling, psychotherapy or trauma therapy.

    Whilst my work is trauma-informed, this service is intended for life's everyday challenges and is not designed for deep trauma processing or complex therapeutic work.

  • Every session begins with a simple question:

    "What would be most helpful for you today?"

    From there, we explore whatever feels most present and important for you.

    There is no set agenda and no expectation that you have everything worked out before we meet.

    You may want to discuss:

  • That is completely normal. Many clients arrive simply knowing that something feels heavy, confusing or unresolved. You do not need a perfectly formed problem or a clear agenda. We will begin gently with where you are, and together we will explore what feels most important.

  • Yes.

    Many people find a single Relief Room™ session gives them the space and perspective they need.

    Others choose to return periodically when life feels particularly busy, stressful or demanding.

    Some clients use the service as an occasional wellbeing check-in, whilst others book more regularly for ongoing support.

    The choice is entirely yours. More frequent and or monthly memberships are available.

  • All Relief Room™ sessions take place online via Zoom.

    This allows you to access professional support from the comfort and privacy of your own home, office or any quiet space where you feel comfortable.

    Your Zoom link and joining instructions will be included in your booking confirmation email.

  • Yes.

    Creating a safe, respectful and confidential space is central to how I work.

    What you share during our session will be treated with professionalism, care and discretion.

    As with all professional wellbeing services, confidentiality may only be broken in exceptional circumstances where there are serious concerns regarding safety or legal obligations.

    If this ever became relevant, it would be discussed openly wherever possible.

  • The Relief Room™ is available as a 60-minute online session for £69.

    Sessions are booked and paid for in advance through the online booking system.

  • Friends, family and colleagues can offer wonderful support, but they are often emotionally invested in the outcome.

    A professional support session offers something different.

    The Relief Room™ provides:
