Hello, I'm Ro, founder of My Relaxation Coach.
I'm a trauma-informed Integrative Therapeutic Coach, Trainer and Mentor who believes that healing, growth and transformation begin when we feel safe enough to be ourselves and supported enough to take the next step forward.
For more than 15 years, I've supported individuals, professionals and organisations to improve wellbeing, navigate change and develop healthier, more sustainable ways of living and working.
My work is rooted in a simple belief:
You are not broken.
Many of the struggles people experience are understandable responses to difficult experiences, overwhelming circumstances and the pressures of modern life.
Whether you're feeling stressed, anxious, burnt out, disconnected, overwhelmed or impacted by past experiences, there is nothing wrong with needing support.
Why I Do This Work
Throughout my career, I have been passionate about helping people understand themselves more deeply and develop practical tools to improve their wellbeing.
Again and again, I've seen what becomes possible when people are given the space to pause, reflect and reconnect with themselves.
I've witnessed individuals move from self-doubt to self-confidence, from overwhelm to clarity, from simply surviving each day to creating lives that feel more meaningful and aligned with who they truly are.
That transformation is what inspires me every day.

I recognise that every person's experiences, challenges and goals are unique.
