Company business coaching

Company coaching offers a platform and place for your employees to grow, problem solve, learn, grow and become self regulation experts.

Anxiety, stress, new roles and company growth can be a major energy drainer for your company. Coaching cultivates a company culture or awareness, connection, excellent communication skills, conflict resolution and helps each individual level up and align their potential with the values and goals of your company.

Each month for a minimum of 6 months your company can use these 10 hours to coach, train, support and guide anyone in your team. between 1-10 team members can be referred each month with the recommendation of each team member completing ideally 4 sessions.
