Glass Walk is an impactful demonstration of courage, faith and strength. And yes, it involves walking across actual broken glass. Use this event to help a team breakthrough insecurities and connect on a deeper level.

  • Arrow Breaking.

The ‘arrow break’ activity (based on an ancient Fijian ritual) is the practice of placing the point of a wooden archery arrow in the soft tissue area of the notch of your throat and the other end against a hard solid surface held by your master Coach Ro.

It is an extremely powerful experience for breaking through limiting beliefs. The real value is in the transferrable learning to people’s real personal and business breakthroughs out there in the world.

Many people keep their broken arrow and some even frame it and hang it on their wall as a reminder that they can achieve far more than they used to believe that they could.

These workshop will be led by Master Firewalking and Empowerment Teacher Roanna Harstad who has been teaching these processes in 1-1 and groups for over 15 years.

ROANNA IS FULLY PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED TO TEACH THESE PROCESSES. DO NOT REPLICATE AT HOME OR WITH ANYONE WHO IS NOT PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED.
