For many years, I have supported people through life's challenges as a trauma-informed practitioner, therapeutic coach, hypnotherapist, yoga teacher and wellbeing professional.

Throughout my work, I began to notice something important. Many people didn't necessarily need a full therapeutic programme or deep trauma-focused support. What they needed was a safe, professional and non-judgemental space to pause, breathe and talk things through. A space where they could be heard without feeling judged.

A space where they could untangle difficult thoughts, navigate challenges and reconnect with their own wisdom. That's why I created The Relief Room™.
