Thai Foot Reflexology Practitioner Training | 3-Day Immersive Course

Join Ro at My Relaxation Coach for a hands-on 3-day Thai Foot Reflexology training designed to teach you how to confidently deliver a flowing, professional reflexology treatment.

This immersive in-person training combines traditional Thai reflexology techniques, practical treatment sequences and supervised practice, giving you the skills and confidence to work with clients or integrate reflexology into your existing wellbeing practice.

Throughout the weekend you will learn reflexology mapping, pressure techniques, practitioner posture and how to structure a full treatment. The training includes printed manuals, video resources, group practice and real client sessions arranged during the course, allowing you to gain practical experience while learning.

Because learning new bodywork skills can be tiring, we also include short relaxation or gentle yoga sessions during the training days to help you reset, stretch and stay comfortable throughout the weekend.

Sunday includes a mini practical assessment and certification session where you will demonstrate the treatment sequence you have learned. You are welcome to use your manual during the assessment, as the focus is on developing confidence and understanding the treatment flow rather than memorising everything.

Training Dates

Friday 19 June — 10:00am–6:00pm
Saturday 20 June — 10:00am–5:00pm
Sunday 21 June — 10:00am–3:00pm

Your Training Includes

• 3 days in-person practitioner training
• Printed professional training manual
• Video learning resources and notes
• Guided practice and supervised learning
• Client practice sessions arranged during the course
• Practitioner certification on completion

Participants are encouraged to complete a pathology course for complementary therapies within 6 months of qualification (ideally before attending the training) to support safe and informed practice.

Accommodation may be available onsite for £65 per person per night in shared granary accommodation, which includes access to a kitchen, lounge and shared bathroom.

Places are intentionally kept small to allow plenty of individual guidance and practice time.

Due to the small group size and the preparation required for this type of training, bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment has been made.

This course is suitable for wellbeing practitioners, yoga teachers, therapists or beginners interested in learning a powerful therapeutic skill.
