Body confidence and self care coaching course
Starts September 1st 2020
Too many women spend their lives struggling with food, binge eating and dieting and can’t remember the last time they felt comfortable in their own skin. It can feel like you’re stuck on the hamster wheel of trying endless diets and work outs, hoping something will work to keep the weight off, only to find yourself back where you started.
The Body Confidence coaching aims to help women feel confident in their body, end this cycle of nonstop dieting and trust themselves again. This is for you if:
You’re stuck. You’ve tried all the diets, workouts and personal training sessions but still don’t feel comfortable in your body
You often find yourself trying to be “good” after a “bad” weekend
You compare yourself to other women, feeling like you’re not ____ enough, unworthy or less than
You want to learn more about health, wellness, repairing your relationship to food and your body, and how to restructure your self-care routine to help you feel your absolute best every single day

Your sessions will include: Using holistic and enjoyable yoga practices to strengthen your relationship will your body and go on a journey of self love, Using life coaching to challenge and empower you, using meditation to heal from stress and trauma, using breathing practices to increase energy and get your wanted to move your body more and enjoy doing it! Using group sessions to have fun, share and laugh our way through those low motivation moments. making friends with your body, learning to express your life values through your body and more….

This course supports you in the following way:
8 weeks of weekly group body confidence sessions each 1 hour long sessions run on a Tuesday evening 7-8pm (these can also be watched later if you miss a session)
3 group life coaching and spiritual development online live zoom sessions these will run for 90 minutes and run on a Saturday morning 10-11:30pm
3 one-one online live sessions for you to gain and enjoy personalised support about you and your life. Each session last 30 minutes and can be scheduled at a time that works for you.
Personal investment: £267.50p per person

Your Body confidence and self care coach professional
I love to travel and have been teaching internationally for over 15 years. I love teaching retreats and training but my passion is working with women to lift self esteem and build bulletproof body confidence. I have been working directly with clients since I was 21 and now at age 42 , this special, unique and important work is the part of my life that I am most proud and passionate about.
Last year I completed my first triathlon and have a crazy love for wild swimming and vegan cooking. I am a qualified Fire walking Master Instructor and am currently in love with restorative yoga.
I have had a painful journey with my body confidence and now from a place of power and self love I share life changing tools and lifelong skills to maintain a banging body belife system that is wrapped in forgiveness, love, growth and friendship and would love to share this journey with you too.
Everyone is welcome as everyone’s story is unique and different. If you wish to embark on a journey back to self love and body confidence this is the programme for you. Using gentle and uplifting techniques with powerful and long lasting positive impact so will have an experience like no other.
