Please be mindful of your body during your practice. Take responsibility of your experience, rest when necessary and seek clinical advise if you have any concerns.
It is advised to avoid some yoga styles if you are pregnant. It may be appropriate to attend a restoritive/meditation practice but please consult with your teacher prior to booking.
Hot yoga classes must be avoided if you have any unstable medical conditions.
If your health changes at all during your time with us, please let us know immediately and a new wellbeing form must be completed prior to continuing practice. All our teachers are first aid trained.
