One 90 minute Life coaching session: This session invites personal exploration into your life goals, life blocks and personal passions. This session will help you refine and design your personal calling and reconnect you with your creativity.
Two 90 minute Body coaching sessions: Part A of this session is a practical approach to your relationship with your body and will explore body transformation choices. You will explore how your colour choices in clothes influence you in your life choices. You will explore personal belif systems relating to age, body shape and confidence. Part B will take place at your home where with my support and encouragement we go through your wardrobe and streamline whats in there! Don't panic... it's a fun session!
